Our Approach

We take a detailed health history at every first appointment. Each of us has a unique constellation of Trigger Points that were created from the lives we’ve lead. The sports we played, occupations we’ve chosen, the accidents and injuries we’ve suffered and even the manner in which we were born plays a part in that constellation. Any or all of these conditions can determine where our pains, our Trigger Points, may be.

Our Story

Ron developed a passion for Myotherapy when he approached Bonnie Prudden® in 1979 about his daughter’s feet. She was 7 months old and her feet were turned in and crossed over one another from life inside the womb. She had worn metal bars and braces on her feet and legs for three months with no success. Ron learned how to do Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy® on his daughter and started working on her with every diaper change. Her feet started to turn to their normal position and Ron was hooked on BP Myotherapy.

He enrolled in the Bonnie Prudden Myotherapy® program and completed the newly developed 1400 credit hour program in Myotherapy and Exercise in 1981. You can find Ron and his youngest daughter, Kim, in Bonnie Prudden’s book Pain Erasure: The Bonnie Prudden Way. Upon graduation in 1981, he and his family moved across country from Massachusetts to Arizona where he started the first Myotherapy Center in the state.

In 2019, Ron decided it was time to retire and handed the reigns over to his oldest daughter Carrie. He has spent the last several years mentoring and teaching her all that he has learned over the years.
